Meerkat Crew

As some people know...I've been trying to raise funds for Meerkat Projects / Popular-supporting groups ect.
by making videos and posting them on youtube. So far I have made 2, one for the Fellow Earthlings Wildlife Centre
and another for the East Coast Meerkat Society. I am currently making one for the Kalahari Meerkat Project and
hopefully afterwards one for Chico, the lone meerkat, whom I think has finally has a friend named Spanky (I think it's Spanky...)
However, I'm kind of short on Chico clips / images so don't expect it to be up anytime soon.

From what I've been recieving, it is a great way to support funds for Meerkat-Related home-givers, studiers and so on...
I beleive a few more videos would make them proud and would raise more need funds! ^.^

there are 4 great videos on youtube for Chico. His new friend is Barky from the Virginia zoo. Unfortunately Spanky was his old companion that died. I visit Chico and have some great shots and video to share.

Barky has arrived in Los Angeles and is in quarantine. Other great news is 3 kats are coming from NC. The zoo is probably putting Chico and Barky in the Children's zoo. Chico loves kids and the new kats will be in the other exhibit. The Chico project really came through... It's been a year since Spanky died and 5 months since the petition started.

there is a picture of Chico and Barky on the nbc miami meerkat web cam...they look very happy together. glad you helped him get a new companion. no one person or animal deserves to be alone.
